We want you to be completely satisfied with your Segway Navimow purchase; if your robotic mower doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and components included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Navimow unit, charging station, and all boundary accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware and reset the software, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
